With a background in education and advanced training in yoga therapy, trauma-informed care, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, and sound healing, Brenda specializes in helping individuals regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and reconnect with the body in a safe and accessible way.
She has worked extensively within treatment centers, detox facilities, residential programs, and mental health environments, guiding thousands of clients through therapeutic movement, mindfulness practices, and nervous system regulation techniques. Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and adaptable—meeting individuals exactly where they are, whether they are navigating recovery, trauma, burnout, anxiety, or seeking greater balance in their lives.
In addition to her work in clinical settings, Brenda provides private yoga therapy sessions, corporate wellness experiences, workshops, and retreats.
